I will do everything in my power to provide you with an amazing experience! I am a wife to such an amazing husband, Paul, who is also my second shooter for as many events as he can make. He compliments me perfectly, not only in photography, but in life as well! I am LUCKY to call him my husband I am a mother to the most adorable boy in the world. Learn your Camera Workshop

Hello all! I am THRILLED to announce a new project that I have been working on! I have been slowly but surely putting together a workshop for you all! It will be a 5 hour (with lunch included) day at my house in Auburn wa and we will go over all the things you will need to know to get out of auto mode and start taking amazing photos of your family, your vacations, your projects, or what ever you want to be capturing!

The workshop will go over cameras, equipment including lenses, exposure, camera setting/functions, lighting and composition! I got started in the photography world not only because I love photos but I wanted to capture EVERY waking moment of my son after he was born in 2009 and I knew that I would not be able to afford a professional photographer at my house 24/7! I begged my husband to buy me a nice digital camera, he finally agreed and so I hit the ground running! I started reading camera books, practicing on my camera, youtubing and took on a few clients.  Then after I started raising a few bucks, I paid BIG money for some life changing workshops/mentorships from the best in the business! So now, I have decided to create this workshop! A workshop that I would have loved to have taken when I bought my first camera (the canon rebel xsi!!!). A workshop that would have saved me months of reading, searching and figuring out the terminology!

This workshop is at a beginner lever and is appropriate for ALL age groups with cameras!

****INFO ON BLACK FRIDAY SPECIALS!!!****

Its that time of year again and I have decided to have another black friday special! It will run a little bit different than the last couple of years! there will be several options to choose from and there will be very limited number available of each special!

I will post the blog with all the specials on Midnight of Friday November 23rd and the hugely discounted black friday rates will be available all day! There WILL be some early purchase incentives too!

It will be very important to READ all of the details of EACH special as there are some strict guidelines and each one may be different!  If you purchase a special and didnt read the guidelines there are NO refunds.

An idea of what to see at midnight on fri? Returning client discount sessions, new client session specials, discount on camera workshops (something new being offered in 2013) and MORE!!!

Becky and Matthew’s Wedding day {Wedding photography}

I just ADORE this couple! We met a while ago when I took their photos in the holiday season! And I remember vividly thinking that there was no way that I could narrow down their holiday gallery to just 20 or so images (that was how many were supposed to be in the whole gallery) because i loved each one!!

There are some couples that truly photograph so easily and they are one of them! One main reason I think this happens is because the couple is SO in love with each other it just radiates at the session! It was NO different on their wedding day! They were READY to become husband and wife! And you just see that Matthew is READY to treat his wife like a queen! It makes me SO happy to be a small part in their big day!

The beautiful affair took place at a family members ADORABLE house! It was perfect! And the decor of the wedding matched the house and yard perfectly! Big back yard with a vintage flair (right up my alley). Fruit trees adorned the property that they hung colorful lanterns from. The ceremony took place between to large trees and was absolutely perfect. Oh and the sun was shining warm and bright too! Just a great day!

Matthew and Becky, Paul and I wish NOTHING BUT THE BEST for you and hope that we were able to capture the day exactly the way you want to remember it!!! The day was just wonderful!

Steve and Kyoko’s Seattle Aquarium Wedding {Wedding photographer}

We had the pleasure of photographing the lovely wedding of Steve and his GORGEOUS bride Kyoko! It was a fun filled night with a gorgeous sunset ceremony, cool hands on cocktail hour inside the aquarium’s touch tanks, then to a fun and adorable otter feeding, then off to a fantastic dinner followed by everyone dancing the night away! It was definitely a night to remember!

If you are planning your wedding and wondering about a great venue, the Seattle Aquarium! The venue is gorgeous, the staff is incredible and hard working!

Another quick shout out to the AMAZING dj of the evening! Chris Graves of Your Song Entertainment. I have been to, been in, and photographed MANY weddings and so I have seen, heard, watched, and danced with many dj’s and he is in a class of his own! TOP NOTCH!

THANKS you two for having us there and congrats! You looked amazing, photographed so well and just oozed with excitement!  We wish you the best!

Congrats to Esther and Kyle! {Wedding photography}

Hello! I am so sorry for this post to be so late! I am so excited to share these beautiful images from an amazing wedding!

The story of this couple is really sweet (you’ll have to ask them about their personal relationship story, I am talking about the way we got hooked up together for Paul and I to photograph their wedding)!!! I get an email from the bride and her first line is something like, “wow, I feel like I already know you!” Well, dont you just love it when that happens! So here is how she felt that way. She works with a great friend of mine who I have been photographing for years now and Esther also used to work with my sister in law (aka BEST FRIEND IN THE WHOLE WORLD) and of course I have photographed my sis in law and her family for years now too. SO Esther has already seen a lot of my work. THEN, Kyle’s mom was talking with her best friend about the photographer that photographed her daughters wedding. So Esther and Kyle went over to his mom’s best friends house (yes tongue twister, I know) to see the photos, (I’m thinking you are seeing where this is going), and low and behold, Paul and I were the photographers there too!!!:)Turns out that Kyle’s mom’s best friend is the mother of one of MY BEST FRIENDS!! Haha! Such a small world! I LOVE IT!

So Esther and I hit if off right away! I just ADORE this couple and their beautiful lil family! I felt TRULY blessed to be apart of their big day! Paul and I will always be thankful for our “job”! And as you know, Photography is only ONE piece to the big puzzle and this day would not have been so amazing if it didnt have all of the fabulous vendors that Esther and Kyle hired! The venue and the catering was at the ever amazing Golf Course at Newcastle, The GORGEOUS flowers were by Laura from Aisle of Blooms, her flawless makeup was done by the amazing Tiffany from Sweet P Beauty makeup, the videography was provided by the super cool Bogle Productions (cant wait to see the video), the lovely ceremony music was played by Seattle String Quartet, and the delicious desserts were provided by Cupcake Royal and of course dont forget to checkout our website too for Angie Arms Photography!
